Physical Therapist

Full / part time / per diem positions available.  Therapists will perform admissions and visits for seniors in home care setting.  Must be willing to travel throughout RI.  Good assessment skills, ability to work independently and well with interdisciplinary team required.  Home care experience, current OASIS / Medicare experience and electronic health records experience preferred.  Join our team of compassionate caregivers.  This position includes competitive pay rate, mileage reimbursement, 401K, vacation time and health/dental/vision insurance.
