Companion Services
Your companion will not provide hands-on care for the client (such as feeding and dressing) but will provide companionship, provide respite for the main caregiver, offer encouragement and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Companion + Plus
Your certified nursing assistant (CNA) provides hands-on assistance as well as those the tasks required of a companion. Hands-on refers to assistance with bathing, dressing, ambulation amongst others.
Skilled Nursing and Rehab
Concord Visiting Nurses is the skilled component of the company and is Medicare Certified, accepting most 3rd Party payors. Our skilled nurses and therapists provided by Concord Visiting Nurses treat clients recovering from an inpatient stay, requiring rehabilitation after an injury or illness, and wound and ostomy care and various other skilled services.
